Terms and Conditions for the Provision of Services

§1. Nature of the services

• Services provided by Vanguard Group Sp. z o.o. are intangible in nature and include advisory, analytical, documentation-related, and coordination activities.

• The services do not constitute employment intermediation nor do they guarantee any specific outcome.

§2. Stage I – profiling and documentation

• Stage I may include preparation of a candidate profile, application documents, and analysis of competencies.

• Documents prepared under Stage I are of an informational and presentation-oriented nature.

• The service shall be deemed performed upon preparation and delivery of the materials to the user.

§3. Stage II – formal coordination

• Stage II may include coordination activities related to the completion of documentation required in administrative procedures or processes conducted by third parties.

• The Company does not act as a legal representative before public authorities unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

• Individual stages constitute separate services and are not dependent on achieving a specific result.

§4. No guarantees and risk allocation

• Use of the services does not guarantee employment, receipt of a job offer, visa approval, work permit, or any administrative decision.

• Risks arising from regulatory changes, administrative practices, and decisions of third parties are borne by the user.

• Fees are payable for the performance of services regardless of subsequent decisions of third parties.

§5. Complaints

• Complaints regarding the performance of services may be submitted electronically to the Company’s contact address.

• Complaints shall be reviewed within 14 business days of receipt.
