Depending on the purpose of contact or interaction, the Controller may process, in particular, the following categories of personal data:

documents voluntarily submitted by the user via forms or electronic communication channels (including, in particular, CVs, certificates, and diplomas).
Personal data are processed for the following purposes:

c) archiving personal data for the purposes of future selective processes, unless the data subject raises an objection – pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR,
d) establishing, pursuing, or defending against potential claims – pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
The processing of personal data for the purposes indicated above does not constitute an offer, undertaking, or guarantee of employment or cooperation.
5. The Controller does not charge any fees for employment intermediation or for securing employment. Any paid activities offered by the Controller are advisory, selection, and coordination in nature and do not constitute a guarantee of employment.
Personal data may be disclosed solely to:
entities providing services to the Controller in the areas of hosting, IT, communications, or administrative support,
competent public authorities, exclusively where such disclosure is required under mandatory provisions of law.
Personal data are not shared with commercial partners, employers, or other third parties for recruitment purposes, unless such disclosure results from applicable legal obligations or from separate arrangements made following the completion of a selective process.
Personal data are retained:
for the period necessary to handle the enquiry or to conduct the selective process,
no longer than 24 months following the completion of a given process, for archival purposes,
for a longer period where required by applicable law or until the expiration of potential claims.
The data subject may, at any time, object to the further processing of personal data for archival purposes.

the performance of a professional profile assessment.
